Terms of Service

Last updated: July 21, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of teamfive.dev (the "Site"), operated by Team Five("we", "us"). By visiting the Site or submitting the contact form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Site you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you accept these Terms in full. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 8; continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Description of the service

The Site is a marketing website for Team Five, a software development studio. It describes our services, showcases past work, publishes articles, and provides a contact form for prospective clients to get in touch. The Site itself does not provide software, hosting, or consulting services directly — those are delivered under a separate, signed engagement agreement with each client, which takes precedence over these Terms for the scope of that engagement.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the contact form;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the admin panel, our infrastructure, or any non-public part of the Site;
  • Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or overload the Site or its contact form;
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, the Team Five name and logo, and the underlying design and code — is owned by Team Fiveor its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from the Site's content, design, or code without our prior written permission.

Case studies and project descriptions published on the Site describe work delivered for clients; any client names, logos, or trademarks referenced remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission.

5. No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Fiveand its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from a separately signed client engagement agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site — for example, if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms — without prior notice. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, No Warranty, and Limitation of Liability) will continue to apply.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here directly; we encourage you to review this page periodically.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
