The challenge

Custom Printing Services wanted to sell customized apparel — t-shirts, hoodies, polos — directly online, which meant solving a harder problem than a typical storefront: letting a customer with no design experience actually create something they're confident printing on a physical product, then getting that exact design onto fabric accurately, at production quality, anywhere in the world.

Our approach

We built the platform around a live, in-browser design studio rather than a static product configurator: customers customize apparel with drag-and-drop text and graphics, choose from a large built-in library of artwork and assets, and see an accurate live preview of the finished product before ordering, so there's no gap between what they designed and what arrives. Getting from a browser canvas to an accurate, high-quality printed garment required careful attention to how design assets translate to the production pipeline — color fidelity, print-area constraints, and file handling all had to hold up at production quality, not just look right on screen. The checkout and fulfillment side was built for global reach from the start: secure ordering, and production and shipping logistics that support customers ordering individually or in bulk for teams, businesses, and events, not just one-off single-item orders.

The outcome

Custom Printing Services launched as a complete print-on-demand platform where the design studio, not just the checkout, is the product — customers design apparel directly in the browser with real-time preview and a large asset library, order securely, and have it produced and shipped worldwide, serving everyone from individual customers to businesses ordering team or event apparel.
