Nettverk — Cloud Integration Platform

An abstract geometric banner of two app nodes syncing bidirectionally through a central hub

A real-time, secure sync platform connecting Salesforce, Xero, and QuickBooks — with no custom infrastructure to maintain.

The challenge

Nettverk's clients ran their business across separate, disconnected systems — Salesforce for sales and customer relationships, Xero or QuickBooks for accounting — with no reliable way to keep them in sync. Every new client meant custom, one-off integration work: brittle scripts, manual data entry, and no real product to point to. Nettverk needed a platform, not another bespoke project every time a new client signed on.

Our approach

We built Nettverk's integration platform from the ground up: a real-time sync engine connecting Salesforce, Xero, and QuickBooks through each platform's own API, with webhook-driven updates rather than scheduled batch jobs, so a change on one side reflects on the other within seconds, not overnight. Security was a first-class requirement from day one — data in transit and at rest is encrypted to industry-standard levels, with credentials for each connected account isolated per client rather than pooled. On top of the sync engine, we built a dashboard designed to feel like configuration, not code: connecting a new integration, mapping fields, and reviewing sync history all happen without a client ever touching a line of code or opening a support ticket.

The centerpiece integration — and the one we hardened first — was Salesforce to Xero: real-time customer and order sync, plus automated invoice generation triggered directly from Salesforce opportunity stages, so a closed-won deal in Salesforce becomes a draft invoice in Xero without anyone re-keying the same data twice.

The outcome

Nettverk now has a real, ownable integration product rather than a growing pile of one-off client scripts — new clients connect their existing Salesforce, Xero, or QuickBooks accounts through the dashboard directly, with no custom infrastructure or engineering time required on Nettverk's side for each new signup. The architecture was built to scale past the first integrations from the start, so adding a new connected platform is a matter of implementing one more API adapter against the existing sync engine, not rebuilding the pipeline.
